Startekk, LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities across all its products, including QRFeedback.ai. We are continually working to improve the user experience for everyone and to apply relevant accessibility standards.
1. Conformance Status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities. Conformance with these guidelines is ongoing and we recognise that some areas of the platform may not yet fully meet this standard.

4. Technical Approach
The accessibility of QRFeedback.ai relies on the following technologies for conformance:

5. Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some areas of the platform may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include:
- Some complex interactive dashboard elements — such as QR code customisation controls and chart components — are still being improved for full keyboard and screen reader accessibility
- Some third-party embedded content (e.g. Stripe payment forms) may not fully meet our accessibility standards, as these are controlled by external providers
- PDF exports generated by the platform may not be fully accessible to screen readers
